When we travel, we learn so much about the world around us, finding places we didn't know and some we couldn't even imagine.
We learn about people who have ideas different than ours but hearts similar to our own. We find food that disgusts us and food that enthralls us.
Travel also makes us appreciate all that our home, the United States, offers. We take for granted the necessities found in our country that are luxuries elsewhere --- air conditioning, constant electricity, and clean water.
And, often, we take for granted the many liberties we have.
We are proud to celebrate our country on the 4th. We hope you had a wonderful celebration, too.
